2019 Website Proposal
Project Scope
This proposal is for redesigning the Hull Nantasket Chamber of Commerce Website to market the town as a fantastic place to live, work and play.  The goal of the redesign is to bring in more tourists to our community and attract local businesses to join.
Timeline: 6 weeks  
PROJECT GOALS
Improve reputation of Hull as a vibrant community with new, functional website.
Automate website functions to decrease cumbersome management of membership registrations, payments and renewals.
Attract people from other communities to participate in Hull events with up-to-date community calendar.
Engage local businesses and Entrepreneurs to join HNCC.
PROJECT DELIVERABLES

Redesigned 20 page website with HD video on homepage showcasing Hull’s unique landscape.

Comprehensive Chamber Management system including business application, registration, renewal and profile management (Business Name, Logo, Address, Hours, Website, Description and Category with consistent exposure for all members. Ecommerce gateway using SSL encryption and HNCC existing Merchant Account with Stripe. Existing members will be imported into the new system.

Previously created websites for Hull Trolley, Hull Holiday Showcase and other signature events including Endless Summer and Stem to Stern will integrate into new, unified HNCC website. As appropriate, each signature event will allow online vendor registration, special pricing for early birds and vendor choice of space (drive by event map).

Community driven calendar allowing locals to post events (with HNCC approval)

Website integration with WordPress, Facebook and Instagram that will push new posts onto Facebook and receive updated posts from Instagram feed. Feedburner subscription opt in that will alert subscribers when new content is posted

Advertising functionality in website sidebar and footer. Inclusion of local, approved webcams hosted by HNCC Members
